AJHS Schedule Pick-Up – July 31st
Location: AJHS Cafeteria

It’s almost time to kick off the 2025–2026 school year! Schedule pick-up for all students will take place in the cafeteria on Thursday, July 31st during the following times:

• 9th Grade: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• 8th Grade: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• The front office will not be open on this day.
• No paperwork will be accepted on July 31st – schedules will only be available once all registration requirements have been completed.
• Be sure to enter the cafeteria and go to the correct line based on your last name!
• While you're here, visit tables inside the cafeteria for spirit gear, iPad support, nurse info, pre-orders, and more!
  • Cafeteria Lobby: Stop by the PTO table to pick up preordered merchandise.
  • Schedule Pick-Up (Back of Cafeteria):
    • Find your line by last name – be sure to join the correct one!
    • Your schedule is ONLY available if all registration requirements have been met.
  • Visit These Tables Inside the Cafeteria:
    • Cheer: Spirit gear available for purchase.
    • Counselors:
      • Available for questions.
      • Any schedule change requests must be submitted via QR code posted.
    • Cafeteria: Questions, lunch balances & pre-payments
    • Yearbook: Pre-orders
    • Nurse: Sign-up for a medication drop-off appointment & ask questions.
      • NO medications are accepted at schedule pick-up.
      • All medications require a PPA from the doctor.
    • iPads: Pay for iPads & Ask Questions
    • Misc. Table: Extra handouts
