AJHS will offer a student flu clinic on October 7th. This is for any student (except those on PEEHIP) that would like to receive the flu shot on October 7. Teachers have paper forms available for students to bring home. Please return form by October 6th if you wish for your student to receive the flu shot. Alternatively, you can download the form and attach it when you respond to the permission form here on ParentSquare. Students will only receive the flu vaccine if a completed consent form is returned. Please contact the school nurse with any questions.
